Recognising women across the industry, the inaugural European Women in Finance Awards were held virtually in October 2020, and this year we are delighted to announce that our fifth European Women in Finance Awards will be held at the Pan Pacific London, located in Bishopsgate in the heart of the City of London, moments from Liverpool Street Station, on Wednesday, 25th September. Nominations are now open.

The European Women in Finance (EWiF) programme is a development of the well-established Markets Media, Women in Finance initiative. Under this aegis, Global Trading and The DESK extended this programme to Europe with a combination of in-depth articles and interviews with a wide range of women working in financial services in Europe (see here). Our aim is primarily to highlight their careers and the challenges they have faced to help encourage others to realise what is possible. We also aim to acknowledge these successes with our annual European Women in Finance Awards (past Winners can be found here).
