BNP Paribas Securities Services appoints new head of Australia and New Zealand
BNP Paribas Securities Services has appointed Daniel Cheever as Head of Securities Services for Australia and New Zealand with immediate effect.
In this role, Daniel will continue to build on the success of the bank’s securities services business in the region and to support its strong institutional client base with services to help them adapt to technology and regulatory change.
Daniel joins from State Street where he has held several senior roles and was most recently Head of Global Services for Australia. He has 24 years of industry experience, bringing deep operational knowledge and insights to the role.
Daniel is based in Sydney and reports to Franck Dubois, Head of Securities Services Asia Pacific at BNP Paribas, and Karine Delvallée, CEO of BNP Paribas Australia and New Zealand.

Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Sydney.
