Liquidnet promotes new deputy head of block coverage desk EMEA

Former Women in Finance winner Caoimhe O’Driscoll has taken on a new role as deputy head of Liquidnet’s block coverage desk, fewer than five years after joining the firm’s equity sales and trading team.  

O’Driscoll began her work experience in 2014 as a junior broker at London Stone Securities, before taking on the role of equity sales trader in May 2015.

She joined Liquidnet in June 2019 as a member of the block sales and trading team, before being promoted in January of this year.

O’Driscoll won the Markets Media European Women in Finance Award for Excellence in Trading – Equities in 2022.
