Aiming to expand its German presence, Kepler Cheuvreux has appointed Björn Götze as a high touch sales trader. He is based in Frankfurt.
Götze has more than 30 years of industry experience and joins Kepler Cheuvreux from asset management firm Alpha Wertpapierhandel, where he has been a part of the equity sales and trading teams for the past decade. Prior to this, Götze worked in portfolio and equity trading at Barclays Investment Bank and European financial group ODDO BHF.
The majority of Götze’s career was spent at Deutsche Bank, which he joined as an equity options broker in 1992 before moving on to equity and synthetic equity trading.
