Broadridge Financial Solutions has launched analytics platform Broadridge Investor Insights, aiming to give issuers a better understanding of their investors and their voting patterns.
The platform has been launched as part of the company’s international solutions suite, designed for issuers based outside of the US, and is designed to help users to identify opportunities for improvements to investor engagement and participation in the voting process, the company said.
Through Investor Insights, Broadridge stated that issuers will be able to understand ownership structure, investor behavior, preferences and voting patterns, based on current and historical data. Voting data can be enriched with external sources.
These services are available through a centralised platform, which Broadridge claimed will facilitate greater connection and engagement between issuers and their underlying investors.
