Clearwater Analytics has agreed to acquire Wilshire Advisors’ risk and performance analytics solutions. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 of 2024.
Wilshire AxiomSM, Wilshire AtlasSM, Wilshire Abacus and Wilshire iQComposite provide fixed income analytics, equity analytics and performance measurement, accounting and Global Investment Performance Standards compliance support analytics, respectively.
These products will be combined with Clearwater’s existing risk and performance analytics platform under the Clearwater Wilshire Analytics moniker.
Through the acquisition, Clearwater aims to provide investment managers and institutional asset owners with enhanced analytical capabilities. The firm provides investment management, accounting, reporting and analytics solutions.
