Confluence Technologies has partnered with investment services management platform Manaos to provide a comprehensive Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) reporting solution.
BNP Paribas technology subsidiary Manaos looks to simplify the centralisation of portfolio data, environment, social and governance (ESG) information connectivity and sustainability reporting for institutional investors.
Confluence said it supports investment management firms in navigating complex data challenges. Their offering spans across multiple aspects of the investment process, including portfolio analytics, compliance, regulatory solutions, and investment insights.
This partnership is a strategic move for both. The aim is to rationalise the process for asset managers, reduce the time and financial resources required to comply with regulatory demands, and enhance transparency for end investors.
The service will produce European ESG templates and provide both precontractual and periodic disclosures to end investors, the firm says.
“As global scrutiny of ESG performance intensifies, asset managers are being faced with mounting regulatory obligations and reporting requirements,” says Damian Handzy, senior product manager at Confluence.
He adds that the SFDR reporting solution will provide asset managers with a streamlined service designed to reduce the time and money needed to comply with this regulation, while increasing transparency to end investors.”
Franck Delbes, CEO of Manaos, says, “This capability marks a critical step in achieving our vision of bringing the sustainability ecosystem together on a single interface, for more effective investment decision-making, analytics and reporting.”
