Fabien Oreve, former global head of trading at Candriam, has been promoted to the position of deputy global head of trading and securities financing.
Fabien Oreve, former global head of trading at Candriam, has been promoted to the position of deputy global head of trading and securities financing. “Our trading team has expanded both in terms of activities and human resources over recent years, reinforcing our proximity with the portfolio managers of Candriam and focusing on a set of well-identified priorities,” he said in a post on social media.
Prior to joining Candriam Investors Group (formerly Dexia Asset Management), Oreve was at Credit Agricole Cheuvreux, where he co-founded the program trading desk in 2000. He has a combined experience of over 15 years on both the sell-side and buy-side industry, As global head of trading at Candriam for over 12 years, he managed a centralised trading desk at Candriam across fixed-income, equities, FX and derivatives.
